״לנצח בתוכי״, הוא השיר השלישי שיוצא לאור מתוך פרויקט "גיבורים", יצירתם של גלעד שגב וגלעד שמואלי למען חללי הגבורה של השביעי לאוקטובר ומלחמת חרבות ברזל.
השיר נכתב לזכרו של נטע אפשטיין.
ב7 לאוקטובר נטע ובת זוגו אירן שביט שהו במרחב המוגן בביתם בכפר עזה, כשהמחבלים תקפו את המקום. ברגע מסוים, נזרק רימון אליהם, ונטע קפץ ונשכב עליו והקריב את חייו כדי להציל את אהובתו. מאוחר יותר חיילים חילצו את אירן מן התופת.
בשיחות וראיונות לאחר האירוע, סיפרה אירן על האירוע ועל נטע, ועל סמך מילותיה נכתב השיר "לנצח בתוכי".
למען ההנצחה, החליטה אירן באומץ רב לקחת חלק בצילומי הוידאו קליפ בביתם, כשהיא לובשת את שמלת הכלה שחיכתה ליום חתונתם.
גלעד :"הסיפור של נטע ואירן הוא לא פחות מאגדי.
אני לא יכול לחשוב על משהו מרגש יותר מגבורתו של נטע, שקפץ להציל את אהובתו, ובכך בעיניי, הציל את האהבה עצמה".

In conversations and interviews following the tragic event, Iren shared her recollections of Netta and his selfless act, which then served as inspiration for the song.
Wanting to commemorate Netta and her deep love for him, Iren bravely volunteered to participate in the filming of the music video within the confines of their home, adorned in the very wedding dress she had lovingly prepared for their wedding day.
All profits derived from the distribution of this song and all future songs of the project will be a donation to the residents of Otaf and the victims of the battles.
